And of course there were those parties....
And yes, we love dressing up!
Sahara readily confessed to a seriously overdeveloped "dress up" gene - and it's something she shares with many convention attendees. Costumes of wondrous imagination rule the parties - from the Ellora's Cave Fantasy Party, through the Faery Ball - and every night we're together. Here's a look at some of the colorful fun...

Scott and Sahara channel the "Golden Age of Hollywood" in the magnificently opulent setting provided by Ellora's Cave for their fabulous kick-off party.
Er...well, you know the Partners in Passion. They don't always take things too seriously....
It's Tawny Taylor, dazzling the crowd by channeling Audrey Hepburn to perfection. Breakfast at Tiffany's, anyone?
Sadly, those shoes are killers after a couple of hours. Sahara's holding hers while chatting with Nicole Austin, a goddess in red easily mistaken for Jessica Rabbit. Wow!!!
Between parties, we connected with old and new friends. Here's Claudia (a friend for years and staunch NASCAR fan - you rock, girl!) chatting with the delightful Judy Mays.
And one of MANY gatherings in the lobby bar. Good times, folks. Great memories too.
The Faery Ball invited guests to dive under the waves for a great "Beneath the Sea" night of fun. The decorations were spectacular and that's Sahara in white standing behind her seat on stage with her sister Fae.

My goodness. Who's that handsome knight? It's our own Sir Scott.
One of Sahara's favorite photos. Hussy Ciana Stone captured some magic - it's a perfect memory of a superb evening.
Was ever a knight so gallant? Or a lady so charmed?
Sahara will admit to being quite terribly fond of swanning around hotels in costume. It's a character flaw, without a doubt. See this photo.
If you're wondering, those are contact lenses. Although Sahara was heard humming a few bars of "Don't he make my brown eyes blue..."
We love seeing our friends once more, and regret we only get to do this once a year. But they're all precious...here's Robin, a lovely lady, a great hugger and with a laugh that lights up the room.
Speaking of warm and wonderful laughter...there's always plenty of that when Scott's around.
Tawny's Fae costume was magnificent and turned heads throughout the evening! Not many folks can look so awesome with a starfish on their heads, but Tawny manages it with grace and style.
Sahara's always ecstatic to see friends again - here's Pam Clifton. Sahara and Pam have been buddies for nearly ten years now.
